Experience

GGS places a strong emphasis on planning, programming and management of the project.

We are a professional and experienced interior contractor and furniture manufacturer. We concentrate on providing the highest quality of product and delivered service to occupiers who are relocating to new premises or re-organising within existing buildings.

Our knowledge of the interiors market and extensive work experience in Indonesia and the major buildings within the Jakarta central business district ensures that all the operational issues are fully considered and planned for. This offers a no surprises solution to each project.

A large percentage of our business is conducted in occupied premises and as such we have the management skills and systems to sensitively control all site activities. Prior to commencing any new project we establish good lines of communication with Building Management, Landlords and Tenants and provide effective protection to the base building and common areas.

Through careful selection of specialist trade sub-contractors and suppliers coupled with the establishment of partnering relationships, we ensure that all the architectural and high quality finishes, together with building services are installed to the highest standards, including; mechanical, electrical, IT voice and data systems, AV and video conference equipment.

GGS offers management of the construction process through the integration of sound construction management techniques and quality principles.

The construction division of GGS has an accredited Quality Assurance system certified to ISO 9001 Version 2000. We are the first interior contracting company in Indonesia to gain ISO 9001 version 2000 certification.

Our structure and improvement systems ensure that knowledge and experience is shared throughout the company. Our policy of involving all our employees in both the improvement process and training schemes means that the enormous wealth of skill and experience is ultimately translated into benefit for our clients.
