As well as having building experience, hands-on knowledge and trade skills, GGS’s staff includes people with formal qualifications in Civil and Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Quantity Surveying, Accounting and Architecture. GGS’ estimating teams work in the market continually and have a sound knowledge of current industry pricing trends and resource availability. There won’t be any surprises caused by industry fluctuations in rates or demand.

GGS operates a structured staff development and training plan to ensure their employees keep up to date with new technologies, alternative work practices and leadership practices. GGS is committed to introducing new people to the industry and sponsors a number of Architecture students by providing study grants and scholarships.
