CEO SUITE
The Perfect Combination: Luxury and Efficiency

The client, a successful entrepreneur, who has been in the serviced office industry for 12 years, had a simple brief: to offer instant access to a complete business infrastructure, in an environment that is to be both luxurious and professionally functional. Welcome to the successful CEO SUITES.
Located on the 39th floor of the prestigious GKBI Center, CEO is at the top in every sense.

The reception area proudly occupies 86m2 and the use of light sungkai veneer and Italian cream marble create an illusion of a large space. Who could resist the seduction of the waiting area. Magnificent views of the city can be enjoyed through the floor to ceiling windows and the classical Mies Van De Rohe Barcelona chairs and bench other the perfect place to sit and wait.

Tri Tunggal Kania Utama (TKU) design consultants were commissioned for the second time to design and project manage this 6 weeks fast track project. With its 500 projects experience in the past decade, the design team established a strong communication network between the client, TKU and GGS to ensure the schedule and quality objectives were achieved.

CEO Suites began the fitting out process, in the middle of the storm of economical crisis, and the client’s confidence during this difficult period is the result of understanding the service business and knowing what it takes to make it successful. And all of these needs are represented in the new office space.

The client wanted a light, transparent yet private atmosphere and consequently light color finishes and plenty of marble and glass were used. The “S” streamline curve shape is the main theme in CEO SUITES. This is used to symbolize “motion” of the dynamic business. The suspended “S” shape wood veneer drop ceiling detail that separates the reception and waiting are also used to balance the flow of the office and introduce the corridors that lead to the working areas.

Large wooden double doors, finished with simple custom-made stainless steel handles introduce the boardroom. Here Charles Larnes aluminum and leather chairs subtlety give a feeling of success and style and visual equipment to offer maximum profession windows for the core of the office, full glass partitions are used. However to ensure privacy without blocking the light, 3M sandblast film was used in a special grid design.

This grid pattern is then reflected in the floor finishes. The latest “AIKI” design from interface carpet tiles was selected by the designer and installed in a checkerboard pattern. The color selected KOBE is soft shades of cream with chair coal accents to tie together the design.
