LOWE LINTAS

This is an office created to be more than just a place to work, rather it’s a place that facilitates work, encourages interaction and promotes creativity.

Briefed by a team of enthusiastic and ambitious advertising professionals, PT Design Phase faced the challenge of having to utilise every inch of the space because of the limited floor area. This meant that traditional space planning benchmarks could not be used and an innovative and original design concept had to be developed.

The priority was to project an image of a transparent and dynamic company, who values imagination, communication and teamwork.

Although each department has been designed with an individual concept, the whole office works together in perfect harmony and unity. The choice of furniture, colours and materials are fun yet functional. They have been chosen to take the design concept to the edge.

Straight lines had to be a thing of the past, here curves are introduced as the new norm, and together with various shapes and heights they allow for flexible reconfiguration and interaction of both people and ideas.

Every corner, every wall, every space within the space had to have a purpose and be functional to accommodate a variety of activities including filing, storage, meeting areas or displays.

The Lowe office reflects the growing trend to make the work space a home-away-from-home, a space where employees can reach their full potential, where new ideas can be formed and where everyone can work as a team.

GGS turned the concept into reality by building the new offices of Lowe and creating a work environment for everyone to enjoy and succeed within. GGS was responsible for Total Package of all interior and furniture works including mechanical and electrical works.
