Code of Conduct
The Company has in place Code of Conduct Guidelines that regulate the conducts in inter-office relationship and in interaction with suppliers. This Code of Conduct is also an integral part of the policies in the Company’s Regulation, Company’s Disciplinary Regulation and other regulations. Therefore, the Code of Conduct has become the framework (guide) on behaviour, to conduct oneself in performing everyday tasks, as well as guidance on making any decisions.
The Code of Conduct Guidelines were first disseminated simultaneously to the Company’s suppliers and employees on May 5, 2013. The Dissemination is still continued for the Company’s newly joined suppliers and employees.
In the event of a violation of the Code of Conduct, a sanction shall be imposed to the person violating the Code of Conduct as provided in the Company’s Rule. This Rule applies equally to the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, employees and suppliers.
Whistle Blowing System
Whistle Blowing System is a violation reporting system that allows anyone to report any suspected fraud, violations of law and ethics and other misconduct committed in the organization of the Company.
At present, GGS is still reviewing the possibility to implement the system within the Company’s organization.
