As a comprehensive interior fit-out contractor, we ensure elegance is felt from the very first step into the room. Visitors are greeted by marble flooring with fine veins that denote clean luxury. Premium details, featuring gold-colored accents on the ceiling carvings, along with distinctive Islamic geometric patterns, subtly communicate the institution’s credibility and stability.

In the executive area, we balanced openness with privacy. The glass partitions are functionally enhanced with geometric patterns and combined with a touch of tosca on the seating, serving a dual purpose as the identity of BSI Prioritas. Every aesthetic detail within BSI Prioritas is supported by integrated MEP Services systems, engineered to ensure thermal and acoustic comfort that complements the visual aesthetics. The concealed lighting we designed envelops the room is a warmth that contrasts beautifully with the bright focal point provided by the upholstered furniture.

Moving to the spiral staircase, it is more than just a route for vertical circulation, it is a dynamic central art installation. This iconic spiral staircase, enveloped is a tosca finish, reflects our capability as a fit-out contractor to realize every complex architectural curve.

The harmony between spiritual values and professionalism is also evident in the blend of nature and interior elements. At the center of the staircase’s swirl, a tree is planted–a strategic move to bring nature into the corporate environment. This natural element is not merely an accent but a source of tranquility scientifically proven to enhance well-being and productivity. The surrounding area is further defined by slatted wooden ceilings that add warmth, perfectly aligned with abstract wall panels that evoke modern energy. All of this is realized through our over 40 years experience in delivering holistic interior solutions.
