Thriving Through Balance: Elevating Work-Life Harmony with Leisure

The office is a place where lots of people spend their time the most every day. For many people, the workplace is not just a place to work, but also a place where they spend lots of hours of their lives. With every job that has to be done and the daily routine that is carried out in the office, it is very possible for the person to experience boredom.

Boredom can arise because of various reasons, for example because the same work is done continuously. Boredom can then have an impact on other things, such as decreased levels of productivity and creativity. This of course does not produce good results for the person's performance. Therefore, we need something that can increase the enthusiasm of workers in offices or a place for workers to refresh themselves before continuing their work.

One solution to this is the availability of a special room to relax for a while and do various things, such as chatting with colleagues, resting, or it can also be used for those who want to do their work in a different place and environment.

This is done by Adira where they provide a room for their employees to rest for a while in the middle of the work they are doing. The room is made as comfortable as possible so that when workers are using the place, they can refresh themselves by resting or chatting with colleagues.

In its manufacture, GGS Interior takes part in beautifying the room by applying High Pressure Laminates or HPL to the walls of the room, and also using various furniture that can increase the comfort of employees who come to the room, for example, the use of bean bags that can be used as a chair and also as a place to rest.

In the end, employees can get a balance between work and rest which can then support the productivity and creativity of these employees. With every participation made by GGS Interior to increase the comfort of the room, it is hoped that employees can find a balance between work and rest which can then have an impact on increasing their productivity and creativity respectively.
